You deserve to enjoy your life! It is difficult to ask for help and by considering counseling you have expressed your desire to make a change in your life. I believe that we all have an inherent desire to be truly happy and this takes time and effort. We are presented with various challenges in our lives and through gaining insight in therapy we are able to create change.
We can work together to explore issues and re-frame your thoughts. I use different modalities to help including cognitive behavioral techniques, visualization, EMDR, journaling, reading, examining and modifying coping strategies as well as the use of play therapy (for children).
